Eros and Amor
Eros and Amor, a matched pair of large cherubic molds, one bearing the heart, the other the bow. While they are designed to converse with one another they can very easily stand beautifully on their own.
Rooted in classical mythology, they evoke love in its dual state: the offering and the strike, tenderness and intention, with the arrow forever angled toward its mark. Each mold is deeply articulated and sculpturally dimensional despite a flat backing, with flowing, celestial drapery that casts dramatic depth and shadow. Use them together for a complete narrative, or individually as singular emblems of devotion.
